    This form is required by the NOAA ESRL GMD and must be submitted and approved prior to beginning a cooperative research program at MLO.

    This preparation material is intended for visiting scientists. It includes details about scheduling a visit (contact information, lodging, car rental, etc.), working and staying at MLO (food, utilities, medical attention, internet service, power availablility, work environment, etc), and transporting work materials and equipment to and from MLO.

Teachers and Students

    Educators may use this form to request that MLO staff member(s) visit a school or other institution and make a presentation related to atmospheric research. Please note that you may alternatively call the MLO Station Chief, John Barnes, at 808-933-6965 (x222) to schedule visitation.

    Teachers and educators submit this form in respond to a class or group visit to MLO. It helps us improve our tours and activities.

    Students submit this form after visiting MLO. It helps us improve our tours and activities.
  • "Request For New Activity Form" [ online ]
    This form allows a visitor to request a new MLO office tour activity. It is recommended for students, teachers, and group members after participating in a guided tour of the MLO office.
